Therefore, it is crucial to tune into our bodies, listen to the messages they hold, and release any bound tension, trauma, or pain stored within them. By doing so, we can heal ourselves from the inside out and create a more harmonious relationship between our physical and spiritual selves.
Kelsea’s trauma-informed somatic energy healing combines ancient wisdom with modern science. This gentle yet potent modality includes Spinal Energetics, Kundalini Activation, Polarity Therapy, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy, Shamanic Energy Medicine, Breathwork, and Sound Healing to activate and clear energy centers in the body, known as chakras. By integrating these powerful techniques, we support the awakening of consciousness, help overcome limiting beliefs, and foster a deep connection with one's inner self. This approach addresses the root causes of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dis-ease, allowing individuals to experience their true potential.

Spinal energetics is a modality developed by Dr. Sarah Jane that combines Eastern and Western practices and philosophies, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves. Through light yet powerful touch, an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and bound patterns that may have been stored in the body.

A Healer’s Journey : Meet Kelsea
Kelsea is a Kundalini Meditation and Yoga Teacher, a Spinal Energetics practitioner, a Kundalini Activation facilitotor, a Transpersonal Mind/Body/Energy Therapist, and a Holographic Sound Healer. With 27 years of experience in the creative healing arts, she founded Go Inward in 2017— a community sanctuary for healing, self-care, energy movement, and holistic education. Go Inward was inspired by her personal journey through trauma and a challenging infertility struggle. Although the sanctuary closed due to COVID-19, Kelsea continues her mission to help others connect with their infinite selves, enabling them to become better humans, teachers, professionals, parents, and community leaders.
Kelsea's work emphasizes the importance of understanding how personal energetic hygiene impacts your well-being and that of those around us. The healing modalities and transformative practices she offers at Kundalini with Kelsea focus on shifting perception, enhancing emotional nervous system regulation, and fostering a deep connection to one's inner self and divine wisdom.
